Developed with extensive input from a range of resourcing leaders, the carefully crafted questions cover the full spectrum of talent acquisition challenges across twelve key resourcing activities, from employer brand to onboarding.
Using a maturity model to allow meaningful market comparisons, your results are entirely confidential and only ever compared to aggregated market data. To preserve anonymity, specific sector information is produced only once 10 organisations from that sector have participated.
As well as providing meaningful external benchmarking, the programme also facilitates internal discussion within resourcing teams and the wider business to help inform and shape talent acquisition priorities.
TALiNT Partners is home to the largest talent accquisition and recruitment event series in the UK. Our team has a huge amount of experience across HR, talent acquisition and recruitment. As an independent business, we offer the benchmark programme as a standalone objective tool, and not as a means to sell other services.
Be in Good Company
The TALiNT benchmark programme is open to any private or public sector organisation looking to improve its resourcing results.

Unique in the industry
This is a unique programme. The benchmark process is designed to identify and celebrate employers who don’t just aim for best practice but also those that want to demonstrate strong social values at the heart of their recruitment processes.

Shereen Daniels
Head of HR, Cafe Nero
“If you are truly serious about stepping up the performance of your resourcing function, then this is an essential assessment to complete. Regardless of where you score, it gives you valuable insight into what you could be doing and, if nothing else, enables you to have thoughtful conversations to make the right decisions about what your resourcing strategy (and subsequent actions) should look like.”

Colin Minto
Resourcing Strategy Leader, Previously Group Head Resourcing Strategy for G4S
“The TALiNT Benchmark Assessment will challenge your capability and your deliverables to provide the critical learning you need to become the best. The confidentiality means you can be 100% candid about where you are now, to understand where, and what, you need to develop and improve. The TALiNT Benchmark Assessment will truly professionalise resourcing and talent acquisition standards and its leaders.”

Ben Gledhill
Head of Resourcing, Yodel
“I like the style of the questions; they are pitched at the right level but the assessment is simple to use. The metrics are valid and overall I think it’s a refreshing change and a big step in the right direction in the evolution for talent acquisition teams.”

Eirlys Jones
Resourcing Consultant, Royal Bank of Scotland
“There were no challenges, the questions were set out in a simple, clear way, also easily navigable, which made it very streamlined! Great work.”

Craig Morgans
Head of Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, Learning & Development, The AA
“The assessments were straightforward and certainly made me think! There’s obviously some areas which we’re very good at, but by completing the assessment it’s already clarified we still have some areas for development. Both as a team and an organisation.”

Claire Holness
Head of Talent Acquisition, Europe and Latin America, Ericsson
“Wow, this was a comprehensive process but a very rewarding one!”

Johnathon Reardon
Talent Advisor, North Yorkshire Police
“Really great! We were completely honest in our assessments and tried to link areas back to our own surveys and NET Promoters scores. I think it is a really good assessment overall and looking forward to seeing the detailed market feedback.”
